Last Updated: January 2026

Welcome to PolyBonds. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, application, or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using PolyBonds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of PolyBonds

PolyBonds is an interface layer that aggregates and displays information from Polymarket, a third-party prediction market platform. PolyBonds provides users with a curated view of prediction markets nearing resolution and facilitates the submission of trade requests to Polymarket on your behalf.

PolyBonds is not a trading platform, exchange, or financial institution. We do not:

  • Hold, custody, or manage your funds or assets
  • Create, operate, or settle prediction markets
  • Execute trades directly—all transactions are processed by Polymarket through their API
  • Provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance
  • Guarantee any trading outcomes or market performance

PolyBonds serves solely as an intermediary interface that presents Polymarket data in a user-friendly format and transmits your trade requests to Polymarket for execution.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

By using PolyBonds, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
